This is really expensive service with the small discounts. Also, there was no single support agent when I decided to ask them about their company, so I can’t recommend them, as their service is not great at all.I have heard several positive feedbacks about this service in my Institute, that’s why I decided to try it. That was not my first try, I have ordered the papers before, but this service seemed to me better from the first sight.I need to tell that they designers made a good job, as the design of the site is perfect. It is bright, attractive and makes the impression, that this service is the best one. That’s why I decided to check their site and learn more.

Price Policy

When I checked their prices, I was a little bit confused, as their service is really expensive. I required the paper of 2 pages, completed in 2 days, and for that I had to pay $44. We will I thought, that this must be the really professional service with excellent writers and it worse its money. Also, I supposed, that they will offer me the good discount.

Their discounts are placed on the main page, but they are really slobby. For the paper of more than 15 pages you can receive the discount only of 4%. And the maximal discount of this site is 15%, and you can get it only for the paper of more than 100 pages. Really? It is ridiculous!

I will explain.  Earlier I used [] service and their nice support agents always offered me the discounts of 15-20%. They never asked me about the quantity of pages, that’s why I was so surprised with these farcical discounts here.

Quality of support

I decided to ask their support agents about the discounts, as usually the companies offer the high discounts for the first-time users. When I clicked on the live chat button, it appeared in the other window! Ooooh I hate such chats. They are asking to place their all my personal data here and then describe the question, and only after that they will contact me with the support agent.

Conclusion

As for me, I am afraid of such chats, as after entering personal data here, and namely – the email and the name, some companies started to spam me with the advertising. But, this time, I decided to try on my own risk, and how I was sad, when the system showed me that there are no available support agents at the moment.

Such big company has no support agents? Or maybe there was only one support agent – I don’t care anymore. I don’t understand how they could do this, as when I entered their site, I was near to place an order, and in the end I can’t even tell somebody about it.
